Volunteers Needed For Super Bowl Half Time Show
Producers of the Bridgestone Super Bowl XLIII Halftime Show are offering area residents a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to participate in Super Bowl XLIII which will be played at Raymond James Stadium in Tampa on Sunday, February 1, 2009. Around 2,000 excited fans are needed to be part of the audience that will be on the field during the halftime show featuring Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band.No prior experience is required, but volunteers must attend all rehearsals, be over the age of 16, and register as part of a group that contains at least 10 members. Interested volunteers may log on to www.superbowlcast.com for more information and to register and view the rehearsal schedule.Volunteers will get to be on the field as part of the biggest concert of the year. Watched by more than 148 million viewers in the U.S. last year, the Super Bowl is annually the nation’s highest-rated TV program.
